Sunil demonstrated exceptional customer focus and technical capabilities in delivering the NSO project for xxx with onsite consulting for 3 weeks, meeting and beating extremely aggressive customer expectations and making the customer understand the full potential of the NSO product by delivering high quality code for all the use cases. He gained customer's trust and has been able to drive the customer towards further upsell opportunities for Cisco in this account with NSO. His hard work, due diligence and technical abilities were recognized by the stakeholder teams from Sales and IDT and he has become the go-to person for all things related to NSO in xxx account.

Sunil has been put in an extremely difficult situation on the XX project in Paris. He has to develop code for NSO and non-Cisco devices, such as the Netscaler, F5, Fortinet and Checkpoint. All of the code needs to be developed on site, on the fly, within hours after being requested! This needs very demanding skills and besides that he gets interrupted by a team of 8 experts, from XX, asking him NSO questions all time. Sunil handles all this in a very skilled and professional way. He delivers above expectation and drives the way how SG has to deploy its NSO project. Besides that he's far away from his Cisco tools, home, family, ... So, many thanks for the very hard work Sunil. It's much appreciated. Thanks, Gerald.
